Actually, if you want a bit more, our other key message is not to aim for perfection. Turning this into a competition for bragging rights isn't going to help anybody. That's just another form of exceptionalism designed to make a few feel superior and the rest feel demoralised. Every tiny change is valuable so we just want to help you do what you can.
